Evaluations for Healthcare Professionals

Evaluations are based on recommendations by the American Society of Addiction Medicine and are performed by a multi-disciplinary team:

- Trauma Professionals
- Registered Dietician
- Registered Nurses
The duration of evaluations offered at Turning Point of Tampa may vary, depending on the requirements of the referring agency.

Evaluation Types:
1 Day Outpatient
- Conducted on-site over the course of the day
3-7 Day Residential Comprehensive Multi-Day Evaluation
(Includes 1 Day for on-site COVID-19 testing & results)
- Psychiatric Evaluation
- Review of Medical History
- Addiction Medicine Needs Assessment
- Pain Management Assessment (if required by referring agency)
- Psychological Testing
- On-site lodging
- Comprehensive Toxicology Report
