Turning Point of Tampa has helped thousands find recovery. As an in-network facility, we are able and committed to helping you find the life you deserve.
Day Treatment
The day treatment program at Turning Point of Tampa is available for clients up to 7 days per week. Clients attend therapy groups, lectures, and workshops on a daily basis and return home in the evening.
What is Day Treatment?
Day treatment is an intensive treatment program for substance use, addiction, and eating disorder challenges. This level of care combines the rigor of our residential treatment program with the flexibility of our outpatient program. Clients in this program are able to access leading treatment while still returning home at the end of the day.
At Turning Point of Tampa, we pride ourselves on providing personalized care for every client who enrolls in our programs.
That’s why we purposefully keep our Day Treatment program small and selective, allowing clients to benefit from one-on-one attention from our treatment staff.
Day treatment is an excellent alternative for individuals who have previously completed a residential treatment program at Turning Point or elsewhere, or who need more structured daily support than our IOP level of care provides. If you’re interested in our Day Treatment option, we invite you to contact our admissions team to see if the program is a good fit for your needs.
When is Day Treatment Necessary?
This level of care is appropriate for clients who can remain clean, sober, and abstinent outside of a safe home environment and for those who can remain clean and sober outside of the structured 24-hour treatment environment.
If you are just beginning your recovery, our residential treatment program is likely a better fit for your needs. However, if you’re ready to take the next step in your recovery but still need a high level of support, day treatment is likely the right option for you.
The easiest way to determine which level of care is appropriate for your recovery is to speak with our admissions team. All conversations are fully confidential and you are under no obligation to choose Turning Point as your treatment provider.
